New Support forms

New support forms are available to help out customers with their issues. They can be found under Product Support. This was I hope to assist customers having issues in a faster manner.

If you’re submitting a support request, I recommend you do so through these forms. Unfortunately it has been an issue in the past where e-mails from customers didn’t get through spam filters. This hopefully address some of these issues.
